Know how Fernain gets paid before you apply.

Fernain’s revenue share applies to revenue generated through your career marketplace and is decided by your plan tier: 5% on Bronze, 3.5% on Silver, and 3% on Gold — plus a $250 non-refundable application fee. Monthly plan billing begins only after Fernain approves and activates your board.

Once your board exceeds $1.5 million in annual marketplace revenue, you can choose to move into Fernain’s Concierge program with custom-negotiated pricing and terms.

No matter which plan you choose, your organization controls its employer products, pricing, and customer relationships. Exact plan inclusions and commercial terms are presented during registration before authorization.

Submitting an application does not activate your board. Fernain reviews each application before approval and activation.

Is the application fee refundable?

The $250 application fee covers the application and review process and is non-refundable. Payment does not guarantee approval or activation.

When does monthly billing begin?

Monthly plan billing begins only after Fernain approves and activates your board. Your selected plan is then added to your monthly subscription.

How does the revenue share work?

Your share is decided by your plan tier, and it is fixed when your agreement becomes effective: 5% on Bronze, 3.5% on Silver, and 3% on Gold. Fernain’s Concierge program is negotiated individually and carries no default share. The exact revenue-share terms are presented during registration before authorization.

What happens as my board grows?

Once your board exceeds $1.5 million in annual marketplace revenue, you can choose to move into Fernain’s Concierge program with custom-negotiated pricing and terms.

Does applying commit me to a monthly plan?

Your application includes authorization for the plan you select. If Fernain approves and activates your board, the selected plan is added to your monthly subscription. Monthly billing does not begin while your application is under review.

Can Fernain decline an application?

Fernain reviews each application before approving and activating a board and may decline an application.

Do you offer custom plans?

Yes. Organizations with different scope, volume, integration, or operating requirements can talk with Fernain about a custom solution with separately agreed terms.
